Below are the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of October 17 through 23. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees: October 17-23

Becky Berth, Oconto girls volleyball: Berth led the Blue Devils to a 4-set win over top-seed Bonduel in a Division 3 regional championship match. Becky finished with 14 kills, 16 assists and 17 digs in the victory. 

Cody Jay, Mosinee boys soccer: Jay helped the Indians to a Division 3 regional championship, defeating No. 2 seed Clinton in a shootout (3-0) after the teams were tied at 2 after overtime. Cody scored both of Mosinee's goals, erasing a 2-0 deficit early in the contest. 

Emma Lawrence, Benton girls volleyball: Lawrence led the Zephyrs to their first regional championship in 28 years. Emma finished with 29 kills, 8 blocks and 12 digs in their win D4 regional final win over Southwestern (23-25, 25-14, 25-15, 25-17). 

Henry Neerdaels, Wrightstown boys soccer: Neerdaels helped the Tigers knock off top-seed New Holstein/Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah in a shootout (3-2) after the teams were scoreless through overtime. Henry took over as goalie in the shootout and stopped three shot and scored a goal. 

Chandler Zwiefelhofer, Bloomer girls volleyball: Zwiefelhofer helped the Blackhawks overcome a two-set hole and defeat Altoona, ranked No. 5 in the final WVCA Coaches Poll, in a Division 2 regional final. Chandler finished with a team-high 12 kills and 17 digs.
