Derek Burgenske

Derek is a graduate of Verona High School where he played on the baseball, basketball and football teams. He received WBCA First Team All-State in baseball and WFCA Honorable Mention All-State in football. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Journalism from the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Derek lives in Madison with his fiancee, Nicole Joraanstad. Nicole is representing Team USA in the 2010 Vancouver Olympics for Curling.
