Jay Messar 

Jay Messar was recently added to the WSN staff this June as a Sports Content Producer where he is in charge of updating scores, schedules and rosters from around the state as well producing articles, video, and other content that is displayed on the site.

Jay was a nine-time varsity letter winner at Luck High School in cross country, basketball and golf, and was named Luck's WIAA Scholar Athlete in 2004. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2009, with a second major in French. Jay made the best of his five years of eligibility at UW playing in over 25 intramural sports. He also worked with the post players on the UW women's basketball scout team and played a semester of club volleyball.

Jay currently resides in Madison and enjoys playing and watching volleyball, softball and basketball in his spare time.
