DSHA senior Madison Quest has been selected as the Box Out Sports Athlete of the Week for the week of August 26 - September 1 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 3,742 total votes this week. Quest topped all vote getters with 1,054 votes. Lourdes Academy Isaak Rucinski finished in a very close second with 1,035 votes.

Quest was exceptional as she and the DSHA girls volleyball squad captured a tournament title at the Joust held at Homestead. DSHA did not drop a single set as they swept all seven matches over Kettle Moraine, Brookfield Central, Howards Grove, Kimberly, Franklin, Arrowhead, and Sussex Hamilton. The senior and Wisconsin commit played well from her outside hitter position. She tallied 50 kills, 47 digs, 9 blocks, and 8 aces over the 14 sets played.

Earlier this week DSHA swept Wauwatosa East 3-0 in the team's first regular season match of the season. Quest finished with eight kills, seven digs, five aces and three blocks.
