Sussex Hamilton senior Henry Mrotek has been selected as the Box Out Sports Athlete of the Week for the week of September 30 - October 6 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 5,268 total votes this week. Mrotek topped all vote getters with 2,145 votes. Arrowhead's Nina Lang finished in second with 1,952 votes.

Mrotek led the Sussex Hamilton to a perfect 6-0 week including five wins and a tournament title at the Arrowhead Invite on Saturday. Earlier in the week, the Charger swept Wauwatosa West 3-0 as the senior setter had 34 assists, three aces, and three digs. Hamilton then picked up wins over Mukwonago, Pewaukee, Wilmot, Kaukauna, and Arrowhead to win the Arrowhead tournament title. Mrotek recorded 108 assists, 25 digs, 9 blocks, 9 kills, and 5 aces over 12 sets. The Chargers improved to 30-4 overall.

Hamilton is currently 31-4 overall and 7-1 in the Greater Metro standings, tied with Marquette at the top.
