Not too many big changes in the Division 1 top 10 this week as Kaukauna, Menomonee Falls and Muskego all held onto respective top three spots. Burlington returned to No. 4 this week, switching places with Fond du Lac who dropped two spots to No. 6. Pius XI also returned to the top ten, tied with Madison La Follette at No. 10, while Kenosha Tremper fell back into the Honorable Mention pool.

Denmark's big victory over Luxemburg-Casco last Tuesday vaulted the Vikings up three spots to No. 4 in Division 2, falling in behind Catholic Memorial, Kettle Moraine Lutheran and Madison Edgewood. The Spartans meanwhile fell to No. 7 while East Troy and Edgerton remained steady at No. 5 and 6. Notre Dame, which has all but sealed the deal in the FRCC, moved up two spots to No. 8 and still undefeated Lakeside Lutheran finally cracked the top 10 this week, tied with Tomahawk and Xavier at No. 10.

Grantsburg held onto No 1 while Oostburg replaced Racine St. Catherine's at No. 2 in Division 3 this week, dropping the unbeaten Angels to No. 3. Wisconsin Heights dropped four spots to No. 8, while Athens entered this week's top 10 tied at No. 10 with Manitowoc Lutheran.

Division 4 is almost a mirror image of last week's poll as all top eight teams remained in the same position this week. Tigerton moved from a 10th place tie into the No. 9 slot, swapping places with Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran. Most surprising is St. Mary's Central's first ranking of the year, dropping Valley Christian out of the top 10.
