The weather is heating up, snow is melting, and the busy summer camp season  is quickly approaching. If you are a high school football player looking to improve your game, we've got you covered. We have put together a list of some of the best opportunities for you to improve, show your stuff, and compete against the best of the best in the state.

Don Bebe's House of Speed Combine

For high school athletes looking to improve their chances of getting the attention of college coaches, Don Beebe’s House of Speed is hosting a special Combine Test Day with Position Skills Evaluation on Saturday, May 4th at its Brookfield location – Brookfield Indoor Soccer Complex 19485 W. Lisbon Road, Brookfield, WI.

Wisconsin Sports Network will be holding a Media Day at the event, giving increased exposure for each athlete’s results on WisSports.net. We also anticipate representatives from multiple Universities to attend the combine.

The purpose of the combine is to provide documentation of your athletic skill level and measurables at an officially recognized football combine. The Combine Training program instructs and conditions athletes in the following drills: 40 yard dash; Pro Agility; 5-10-5 Shuttle; L Drill; 3 Cone Drill; Vertical Jump; and Broad Jump.

Trickey-Wright Quarterback-Receiver Camps

Former Big 10 and 6-year veteran NFL quarterback, Randy Wright, along with Jeff Trickey, founder of the nationally-recognized and respected Jeff Trickey Quarterback Camps is pleased to announce the inaugural year of incorporating Wide Receivers into all 2013 season camps.

A total of seven Quarterback/Receiver Developmental Camps will be held in Wisconsin during the 2013 season, plus a second Advanced Camp later this year. Developmental Camp dates for Wisconsin are:

June 10-11:  Kettle Moraine High School
June 12-13:  Wausau West High School
June 19-20:  Rice Lake High School
July 1-2:  St. Norbert College
July 15-16:  Kettle Moraine High School
July 17-18:  Verona High School
July 20-21:  West Bend High School
July 29-31:  Kettle Moraine High School (Advanced Camp)

The highly-regarded Trickey/Wright Camps have grown to over thirty locations in sixteen states throughout the country, the majority of them concentrated in the Midwest region. Six new locations have been added for 2013, including the new regional camp in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

In addition to the Developmental, Youth and High School camps, off-season “Igniter” Workouts and Advanced Camps, private and small group instruction is available.

Al Johnson Line Camps

The Al Johnson Line Camps are owned and operated by former three-time, All-Big Ten, Wisconsin Badger and 7 year NFL Veteran, Al Johnson. The camps are dedicated to providing quality, in-depth instruction on the techniques of Offensive and Defensive Line play to football players grades 5-12 throughout the country.

We want to make a difference in every offensive and defensive lineman in our camps. We want them to become the best possible players they can be so they become a Difference Maker on their team.

The other purpose of our camps is to help those players that have the ability and desire to play college football reach that goal. Campers attending our High School Camps will have their profiles VERIFIED, including height, weight, and other measurables. College Coaches recruit our Linemen because they trust and respect our unbiased evaluation of talent.

Football University

From the creators of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl comes a one-of-a-kind football camp - a training experience exclusively for the nation's most elite youth and high school players. Born out of the appreciation that the most successful and skilled football players have mastered great technique, and that for many younger players this level of coaching is simply not available, the Football University (FBU) camp experience focuses on intense position-specific technique training taught by our expert faculty of former and current NFL coaches who have a passion for sharing this experience with young athletes.

Kohl's Kicking Camps

Kohl's goal is to help every motivated athlete attain their maximum level of performance in kicking, punting, and snapping. We want to teach our athletes the correct techniques and practice habits that will allow them to reach their full potential. We will help the athletes who prove to be talented enough to move up to the next level in football. We want our camps/private lessons to be run in a way that each athlete gains from our staff's expertise and insight.  When you look at our staff of 90+ plus coaches you will see a group that is dedicated to helping each camper who attends a Kohl's event. We also understand that football can be a great teacher about life. We want each Kohl's athlete more prepared to succeed in the game of football and also in the bigger game of life.

Army National Guard/Green Bay Packers Development Camps

Free Program Open To High School Football Players; Presented By The National Guard

The Green Bay Packers and the National Football League are sponsoring three free football camps in Wisconsin, in Chippewa Falls (June 10-11), Milwaukee (June 13-14), and Green Bay (June 15-16) as part of the NFL's High School Player Development (HSPD) program presented by the National Guard.

Camps are open to all players entering grades 9-12 for the 2013-14 school year, and will focus on character development and specific football-skills training by position.

The Chippewa Falls camp will be held at Chippewa Falls High School (June 10-11), the Milwaukee camp will be held at Wisconsin Lutheran College (June 13-14), and the Green Bay camp will be held at the Don Hutson Center (June 16-17).

Additionally, 12 players from each camp will be selected to form a team and compete in the Green Bay Packers Regional 7-on-7 Passing Tournament, June 22, at the Don Hutson Center. The tournament winner will earn an all-expenses-paid trip to the NFL's National 7-on-7 Tournament in Cleveland, OH as representatives of the Packers. The national tournament will be comprised of 16 NFC teams and 16 AFC teams.

Wisconsin Badgers Football Camps

The three-time defending Big Ten champions have four different camp options available to offer great flexibility for campers.

The first High School Camp is held from June 17th to the 19th, while the second High School session is from June 23rd to June 25th. These camps offer options for commuters or those who would like to stay overnight.

A Youth Camp (grades 4-8) will take place June 22nd. A Specialists Camp (grades 6-12) will be held June 19th.

UW-Whitewater Warhawk Camps

Four-time AFCA Division III National Coach of the Year, Lance Leipold and his championship staff at UW-Whitewater will lead a camp staff consisting of 
dedicated coaches from high school and collegiate levels to help campers learn and develop new skills needed to be successful in this great sport of football. This is our 36th year, and we have the reputation of being among the finest technique camps in the Midwest.

With 4 National Championships, 7 Stagg Bowl Appearances, and 32 Conference Championships, this is your opportunity to train with the best of the best.

The High School Perimeter Camp will take place from June 17th to June 19th, while the Lineman Camp will be held June 26th through June 28th. A Youth Camp (Grades 4-8) will be held in between from June 23rd to the 25th. All camps offer communter or resident options.

UW-La Crosse Camps

UW-La Crosse Eagle Football Camps 2013! The UW-L staff has developed several camp opportunities to help you be the best football player you can be.

Camps are available for players entering grades K-12. We measure camp success by the athletes and teams who leave camp with the leadership abilities, pride and mental toughness needed for individual and team success.

Opportunities are available for Youth Football Camps, a Quarterback Academy, Individual & Team High School Camps, plus a 7 on 7 High School Camp.
