Athlete of the Week Nominees, March 24-30

Below are the Sport Ngin Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of March 24 through 30. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

Matt Hibshman, Onalaska boys track and field, won the 3200 meter run at the All American Invite at the Robert P. Knowles Center in River Falls in a time of 9:39.92. He was twenty seconds faster than the second place finisher. 

Emily Reichenberger, Oshkosh West girls track and field, won the 60 meter dash with a time of 8.16, finished second in the 200 meter dash (27.51), and ran a leg of the 800 meter relay in which they got second (1:52:76) at the Oshkosh North Invitational at the Kolf Sports Center. 

Aimee Rice-Strand, Osceola girls track and field, finished first in the 55 meter dash (7.49) and first in the 200 meter dash (26.76) at the All-American Invite at the Robert P. Knowles Center in River Falls. 

Isabel Shafer, River Falls girls track and field, won the 55 meter dash (7:51) and the 200 meter dash (27.35) at the Blue Devil Open held at Johnson Fieldhouse, UW-Stout. 

Justin Skinkis, Seymour boys track and field, won the 800 meter run at the UW-Stevens Point Track and Field Invitational. He also ran a leg of the 4x800 meter relay in which the Thunder came out on top.
