Jacob DeMille of De Pere football has been selected as the Sport Ngin Athlete of the Week for the week of September 29 through October 5 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net.

There were 2,540 votes cast this week, DeMille received 1,236 votes. Quinn Barkow of Waukesha West boys volleyball finished with 593 votes. 

DeMille had 4 interceptions in the Redbirds 14-0 win over Green Bay Preble on Friday night.
